Documentation principles
- Product docs live in this repo as Markdown/MDX.
- Every enhancement should add or update docs in the same change set.
- Operational docs must include verified targets, commands, rollback paths, and caveats.
- Secrets must never be committed or pasted into docs.
- Architecture docs should describe the live system, not just the intended system.
